How to recharge

  1. Choose your Knight Cash package under Recharge Knight Cash in the Power Up Store.
  2. Select a payment method and follow its checkout instructions.
  3. Wait for payment confirmation. Returning to the store alone does not confirm a payment or credit Knight Cash.

Payment enquiries

Payment completed but Knight Cash has not arrived? Contact us with the provider, payment date and transaction / invoice ID. Never send passwords or full card details.

For missing items or other in-game issues, use the Forum / Discord and GM support, not the payment contact form.
